This page covers rakibulism.space itself — not the third-party sites this site links to (Panze, GitHub, Dribbble, Substack, and the rest), each of which has its own policy.

What's collected

Google Analytics (gtag.js) records anonymized traffic — pages viewed, rough location, device type — to understand what people read. It is not tied to a name or account, because this site has no accounts.

Outbound links (to projects, articles, and social profiles) carry UTM parameters so their destinations can see the click came from this site. No personal data travels in that parameter — it's the same three or four words on every link of its kind.

Subscribing to the newsletter hands your email address to Substack, which sends the newsletter and handles unsubscribes. That relationship is between you and Substack — see their own privacy policy for how they handle it.

The welcome note that appears once per visit names the city your connection appears to come from. That city is resolved at the edge by the host, Vercel, from your IP address — it is read once to compose the greeting, is never stored, never written to any log kept here, and is not sent to any third party. Your IP itself never reaches the browser or this site's own code. If the lookup is unavailable the greeting falls back to your device's time zone, which never leaves your browser at all.

What isn't collected

No ad network, no cookie-based tracking beyond Analytics, no data sold or shared for marketing, and no contact-form submissions (there is no contact form — see /contact for real channels instead).
